Production Home Builder & Land Developer Representation
We represent production home builders and land developers in all aspects of residential and community development law, including:
- Acquisition and development of unimproved land, platted lots, finished lots, and various stages in between
- Sale of fully and partially developed parcels and residential lots to other home builders and land developers through various means, including rolling options and land banking arrangements
- Preparation of joint development and other cost-sharing agreements for the construction of roadway, utility and other infrastructure improvements, as well as finished lot improvements
- Preparation of payback, reimbursement, and impact fee credit agreements, school agreements, and utility agreements with public and private entities
- Preparation of covenants, conditions and restrictions and other homeowners’ association documents
